Great hotel for travel out of Salt lake by air
08/07/2010Comfortable clean room but quite small. staff were great. we really liked the shuttle and it was free! breakfast was good but food in the restaurant is terrible!

We were just passing through for a night, but the hotel is satisfactory - and the Travel online price was a good one. The free breakfast is only for two people, so we had to pay for our kids.

Great room, clean, comfortable, large. Appreciated the breakfast, full tasty breakfast, coffe and tea in recp area also a treat. A much nicer place to stay than some of the higher priced ones. Thanks for making it affordable.

We checked in only to find that parking for our 2 week vacation was not free, and supposedly, online travel website had been notified prior to posting. The staff was cordial but not helpful and advised that we could contact a manager on Monday, however no one could help us until then. Not very satisfied.

The hotel itself is alright. Rooms are nice, there is a pool you can relax in, the food in the restaurant is edible. The only thing i didnt like was supposedly complimentary shuttle service. We came back from Europe one night and since we had a reservation made at the hotel, we asked for the pick-up from the airport. When we checked it, the front desk person handed me the bill for $50.00 ... for complimentary shuttle!!! I was really tired and I didnt argue with her cuz the only thing I wanted was to climb in the bed and sleep. But tomorrow I intend to call them and ask them what kind of a complimentary service it is when they charge for it.
