The only thing good about this good about this hotel was the staff was super hospitable. But I woke up no less than once an hour because the beds were like sleeping on the floor. And the sheets were some funky material. They sounded like, and felt like a tarp. The room was clean enough. The pool wasn't very kid friendly because it was ouside and cold, and mostly there wasn't a shallow enough part for little kids. The hot tub was more like a warm bath tub. Not even a really warm tub. More like a warm bath for bathing a baby.

This is the first review that I ever took the time to write. My wife and I were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the lobby and our room. Had we not prepaid via the travel agency (and it was 11pm at night when our flight got in) we would not have stayed here. I certainly feel this establishment was over rated. We were also handed a bill inadvertently which suggested we would have paid 15-20% less if we had walked in off the street (instead of pre-paying via the travel agency)

We have enjoyed staying at Baymont Inns in the past and we certainly enjoyed this one. It was clean, comfortable, convenient, and (considering its proximity to the airport) relatively quiet. This was definitely a high point of our trip and we especially liked the fact that it was on the west side of the city, so we could avoid the morning commute traffic as we headed east, toward California.

Very nice clean hotel. It was rather hard to find though. Beds were very comfortable. TV needs to be updated. It was a very cozy room for two people which was a nice touch. Staff was very friendly. Would highly recommed to anyone on a tight budget looking for a clean hotel.

Me and my husband stayed one night for a business trip and it was really enjoyable. Room service was fast and great. The personnel at the front desk were friendly and respectful. The hot tub was amazing. I would stay here again. The sheets weren't supper comfy, but room was very clean and a nice bathroom. It's excellent for quick trips.
